The Lowe’s Store Managers Meeting Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is open only to employees of Lowe’s Companies, Inc. and its United States affiliates who are also (a) legal residents of, the United States, and the District of Columbia; and (b) at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of entry; provided, however, the Sweepstakes is not open to (a) members of the Lowe’s Employee Relief Fund Board of Directors; (b) members of the Lowe’s Employee Relief Fund Grant Application Review Committee; (c) Lowe’s Companies Inc. employees in the corporate events and information technology departments involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes; (e) advertising agencies, suppliers, distributors, retailers, or any other company or individual involved with the design, production, execution, or distribution of the Sweepstakes; or (f) the immediate families (spouse, parents and stepparents, siblings and step- siblings, and children and stepchildren) of any of the above, regardless of where they reside. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Participation constitutes each entrant’s full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and to Sponsor/Administrator’s decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules.

The Sweepstakes entry period for the “2024 Super Bowl Package for Two” begins on January 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. Pacific Standard Time (“PST”) and ends February 7, 2024 at 12:30 p.m. PST.

The Sweepstakes entry period for all other prizes begins on January 29, 2024 at 12:00 p.m. PST and ends on February 8, 2024 at 3:00 p.m. PST (each, a “Sweepstakes Entry Period”). The Entries received after the Sweepstakes Entry Period for the applicable prize(s) will be void. Administrator is the official timekeeper for this Sweepstakes.

There are two (2) ways to enter: (1) Donation method: Make one twenty-dollar ($20.00) donation (“Donation”) to the Lowe’s Employee Relief Fund, Inc. at SMMLERF.org to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes to win the prize selected at the time of entry. Entrants may make as many Donations as they choose for entries to win any prize(s) they choose. (2) Enter without a donation: Click the “Free Entry” button at SMMLERF.org to receive one free entry for each prize. Use of any automated system to enter is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

On February 7, 2024, Administrator will select one (1) entry for the 2024 Super Bowl Package for Two prize in a random drawing from among all valid entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.

On February 8, 2024, Administrator will select one (1) entry for each of the other prizes in a random drawing from among all valid entries received during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.

Each entrant is only eligible to win one (1) prize even if they entered multiple times to win different prizes. Potential winners will be notified either during the event and/or approximately two (2) business days after the prize drawings. Each potential prize winner will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number included on the entry form used to enter (subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules). Failure to respond to the initial verification contact within one (1) calendar day of notification may, in Administrator’s sole discretion, result in disqualification, and Administrator may select a new potential prize winner from all remaining valid entries. Odds of winning each prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for each prize drawing during the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.

POTENTIAL SWEEPSTAKES WINNERS MAY BE SUBJECT TO VERIFICATION AND APPROVAL BY ADMINISTRATOR, WHOSE DECISION IS FINAL AND BINDING IN ALL MATTERS RELATED TO THE SWEEPSTAKES.

Each potential prize winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential prize winner may be required to sign and return to Administrator or its designee(s), an affidavit of eligibility and a liability/publicity release (except where prohibited) in order to claim their prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to sign and return the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release, or if the prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, the potential winner forfeits the prize. If a potential winner of a Sweepstakes prize is disqualified for any reason, Administrator may award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries.

By entering, each entrant agrees to: (a) comply with and be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Administrator and/or its designee(s), which are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes; (b) release and hold harmless Sponsor/Administrator and their respective parents, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies, the prize suppliers and any other organizations and/or persons responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising, or promoting the Sweepstakes, and all of their respective past and present officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all claims, expenses and liability, including, but not limited to, negligence and damages of any kind to persons and property, invasion of privacy (under appropriation, intrusion, public disclosure of private facts, false light in the public eye, or other legal theory), defamation, slander, libel, violation of right of publicity, infringement of trademark, copyright, or other intellectual property rights, property damage, or death or personal injury arising out of or relating to a participant’s entry, creation of an entry or submission of an entry, participation in the Sweepstakes, acceptance or use or misuse of prize (including any travel or activity related thereto), and/or the broadcast, exploitation or use of entry; and (c) indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Released Parties from and against any and all claims, expenses, and liabilities (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or relating to an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes and/or entrant’s acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize. Regardless of anything else in these Official Rules, if the release is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or void for any reason, entrant agrees that any disputes, claims, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be resolved as outlined in “Dispute Resolution” section of these Official Rules.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes each winner’s consent to Sponsor’s/Administrator’s and their agents’ use of each winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, and/or hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.

Administrator reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Administrator’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Administrator in its sole discretion. If Administrator terminates the Sweepstakes before the original end date, it may, in its sole discretion, select the winners from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received through both entry methods combined as of the date/time of termination.

Administrator reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including through mechanical entries or other illegitimate means, shall be disqualified. If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, the entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. Administrator’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

The Released Parties are not responsible for: (a) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or programming associated with or used in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (c) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (d) technical or human error, which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) any injury or damage to persons or property, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, by an entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

Except where prohibited by law, as a condition of participating in this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to, prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without any form of class action, and exclusively by final and binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, held at the AAA regional office nearest the entrant; (b) the Federal Arbitration Act shall govern the interpretation, enforcement and all proceedings at such arbitration; and (c) judgment upon such arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

Under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, or any other damages, including attorneys' fees, other than entrant's actual out-of-pocket expenses (i.e., costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes), and entrant further waives all rights to have damages multiplied or increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, and the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor/Administrator in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of North Carolina, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.

Requests for the Winner’s List must be received within sixty (60) calendar days after the end of the applicable Sweepstakes Entry Period.
